- Each brownie and cake jar is thoughtfully packaged with love—and a dash of fun! Our brownies are wrapped in cellophane to lock in that gooey, fudgy goodness and keep them irresistibly fresh. For the best experience, we recommend devouring them within 8 days of dispatch—because fresh is fabulous! 😊
- Inside the box, eco-friendly noodle packaging cradles your treats, ensuring they stay snug as a bug during transit.
- Cake jars come in sets of 2 or 3—depending on what you ordered—and are packed with care to arrive in perfect condition. To add a personal touch, charming message cards are tucked inside, ready to bring a smile once you open the box.
- Allergen info is conveniently printed on the back of the message card or nestled inside the box, so you have all the scoop you need.
- To keep everything safe during its journey, the boxes are wrapped in a plastic sleeve, and a ‘fragile handle with care’ sticker is proudly displayed—because no one wants a ‘broken brownie’ or a jumbled jar! But hey, even if they arrive a bit jostled, they’ll still taste divine.

Postage Information
- Items are baked fresh from Monday to Friday. Orders will be dispatched within 5 days of order.
- We currently only ship to the UK mainland.
- For gift orders, please specify the recipient’s address during checkout to ensure the item reaches the correct person.
- All items are sent via tracked postage, using Royal Mail, with a 24-hour delivery service.
- Postal orders are securely packed to minimize the risk of damage. We apply a ‘Fragile, Handle with Care’ label to each package to help ensure safe transit.
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at orders@philscraftycakes.com so we can resolve the issue. Phil’s Crafty Cakes cannot be held responsible for any damage once the item has been delivered or collected by the courier.
